At Noughty, we want you to love your natural hair and body care, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products. Simply ensure items are in their original packaging and we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
